About the Principal
Kevin is an active real estate investor, owner-operator of over a dozen self-storage facilities and many single and multi-family properties, and founder of Founding Capital LLC. He built the lending business out of firsthand frustration with traditional financing - slow timelines, excessive paperwork, and lenders who didn't understand the asset class.
Kevin also runs Storage Venture, a coaching program where he helps new investors acquire and operate their first self-storage facilities using the same playbook he uses today to expand his portfolio.
